We only share your information where it is needed to provide our services or where the law requires it:

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Anti-money laundering records are kept for five years after our business relationship ends, as the law requires. Other client records are kept for six years after our last work for you, so that we can deal with any claims. Enquiries that do not lead to us working together are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, to have it deleted or its use restricted, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Some rights are limited where the law requires us to keep records. To use any of these rights, email hello@roundrobinproperty.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attack.

Where your information is stored

Our systems are provided by Microsoft and Cloudflare. Where information is processed outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
